Description

Fence stretcher-splicers make repairs easy and are ideal to quickly tighten any fence - high tensile, barbed or smooth wire. Splice, stretch and reposition wire. When splicing wire, the tool holds the ends in place so both hands are free to make the splice. While maintaining tension with a continual clamping motion. Allows user to pull up an unlimited amount of slack in the wire. Unique features allow other operations to be made with one hand when necessary.
