Description

Chippewa Boots developed the Logger boot for the Lumberjacks of the great upper Midwest back in 1901. Today these styles are not only worn by the logging industry but by men that perceive this silhouette to be the ultimate in a rugged outdoor wear. These 8" bay apache lace to toe logger boots are made from waterproof leather and feature the breathable Chip-A-Tex waterproof membrane system to keep feet dry. This system locks water out with the membrane shield, but passes air through from the foot for maximum comfort. The exclusive Vibram compound provides maximum traction on wet/dry surfaces and various terrain. Every lug incorporated in this design has been strategically placed for braking, kick off, traction, stability and slip resistance.
