You must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States of America to participate. Your email will not be shared. We will only use it to send you Murdoch's eHerd updates, promotions, and news. You'll have the opportunity to unsubscribe at any time, however, you must be a current and engaged eHerd member to be included in the contest. Eligibility: One entry per email address. Registrants must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States of America. Employees of Murdoch's, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and agents and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren) of such employees, and all those with whom employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible.

12 Grand Prize Winners in all. One grand prize winner per month, chosen in the manner described below, will receive a pair of the featured boots for that month. Not redeemable for cash. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED. Only one entry per email address. The decision of Murdoch's will be final and binding in all matters relating to the selection of the winner.

All winners will be notified by phone or email when drawn. The first name, last name, city and state of the winner may be announced in Murdoch's email newsletter, Murdoch's website, Murdoch's Facebook pages and press releases. If a winner does not confirm receipt of prize within two weeks of Murdoch's original attempt to notify, the prize will be forfeited and Murdoch's will select another winner from the registrants.

By participating, registrants agree to be bound by the decisions of Murdoch's personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the sweepstakes, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means, will be disqualified. Murdoch's will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning these official rules or the sweepstakes, and Murdoch's decision concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the sweepstakes is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of Murdoch's, Murdoch's reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes, or make other decisions regarding the conduct or outcome as Murdoch's deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by Murdoch's and are final. Murdoch's may waive any of these official rules at its sole discretion.
